The usual dosage of testosterone propionate for male athletes is between 50 and 100 mg per injection, administered every two or three days. Like all testosterone esters, testosterone propionate is commonly used at a cumulative weekly dose of 200 to 400 mg. Testosterone propionate is a synthetic injectable form of the primary male androgen, testosterone.
