Testosterone Cypionate is simply the American version of Testosterone Enanthate.
Its effects and properties are identical in every respect to those of Enanthate (Cypionate has a half-life that is only a few hours shorter). Testosterone Cypionate is a long-acting form of testosterone. Since it remains active in the body for 2 to 3 weeks, a single 250 mg injection per week is generally sufficient to maintain high testosterone levels.
However, it is important to note that in practice, the average dosage is 500 mg per week. Testosterone Cypionate suppresses natural testosterone production; therefore, after stopping the cycle, it is necessary to restart natural testosterone production using HCG or Clomid and, to prevent gynecomastia, to simultaneously use anti-estrogens (Nolvadex and Proviron or Arimidex).
