  • Where you are easily bench pressing say 80 pounds for a total 10 reps, you can increase your reps to say 12 and then subsequently to 15 reps when bench pressing 80 pounds for a total of 12 reps becomes easy.

 

  • Be ready to bench press the 80 pounds (for example) for 15 reps and make sure you achieve this feat no matter what. Try the rest-pause technique if you experience difficulty bench pressing the weight for 15 reps at one-go. You can take a breather (usually five deep breaths) when you reach 12 reps for example, then continue till you get to 15 reps.

Once again, having a well structured and intense workout plan while on steroids will go a long way in helping you to achieve your set goals. Make sure that your routine is intense and incorporate Sets, Reps, Giant Sets, and Supersets, in your program in order to achieve results.
