HGH (Somatropin) Dose
For anti-aging, general health and healing, or fat loss:
for these purposes, a dosage of 2-3 IU’s day by day will be adequate for most. A dosage of 1.5 to 2.0 IU’s is considered to be a full replacement dosage for those in their middle-age and beyond.
For achievement of lean power or substantially refining body configuration:
for this reason a dose of 4-8 IU’s day by day will be needed. The majority of men will react sufficiently to a quantity of 4-5 IU’s every day.
For the highest gains in this regard, the addition of Testosterone, Insulin, and low-dose T3 would be something to seriously consider. More on this in our comparative cycle guide of HGH/Insulin/IGF-1.
Regardless of your aims, as a common rule, the best technique to start your HGH cycle is to start with a minimum dosage and acclimate your body to the higher dosages. This will allow you to avoid or at least diminish many of the more general side effects of this preparation such as swelling and combined pain and bloating. The majority of men may withstand up to almost 2 IU’s with few side effects, so that would be a good place to begin.
Many use this as a common health supplement, which is as good as you will want to go. For others, this will be only the start. If you exceed 2.5 to 3 IU’s, it would be beneficial to split your injections into two a day instead of one, unless it’s just not reasonable to do so.
- Here is what a good ramp-up program would look like:
- Weeks 1-4 = HGH 2 IU’s one injection
- Week 5 = HGH 2.5 IU’s one injection
- Week 6 = HGH 3.0 IU’s split into 2 injections of 1.5 IU’s each
- Week 7 = HGH 3.5 IU’s split into two injections of 1.75 IU’s each and so forth until you reach your desired measure.
Dissolving and dosing HGH (Somatropin)
So you now have a vial HGH (Somatropin) in the form of lyophilized powder. The amount of this powder must be shown on the vial somewhere. It will either be specified in Units (IU’s) or in Milligrams (mg). In case it is stated in mg, the conversion is most usually stated as 1mg = ~3IU’s (it’s really more precisely 1mg=2.7IU). We will use this 1mg = 3IU’s for our guide since this is the standard most generally suggested by manufacturers.
What we need to do with this lyophilized powder is add either some Bacteriostatic water (BW), Sterile Water, or even liquid vitamin B12 to reform it and prepare this medication so that it is ready to be injected.
What we choose to dissolve HGH (Somatropin) with should depend on how fast we use the GH. Bacteriostatic water is basically sterile water with 0.9% Benzyl Alcohol added. The alcohol prevents anything from growing in the water, thus making it safe for injection for the longest amount of time, up to three weeks. If the quantity of HGH (Somatropin) in our vial is enough to last for a few weeks at our needed diurnal dose, BW is the wisest choice. For the common use for bodybuilding (2-5 IU’s each day) and the more ordinarily interested vial size (10 IU’s), it isn’t really as critical which of the above named diluents are administrated… the vial will be used up long before bacteria or anything unwanted grows in the reconstituted HGH. It is really personal preference outside of the considerations listed above.
Re-forming
1.) Use an alcohol swab or pad the stopper of both the HGH (Getropin) vial also the vial of the diluent (BW, sterile water, B12).
2.) Use a 3cc syringe with a 23 or 25 measure needle (1 or 1.5) and draw up and quantity of your chosen diluent. The quantity is not critical, other than making sure you know exactly how much you have chosen. The best rule of thumb is to take an amount that will make measuring the finished product simple.
Example:
1ml (cc) per 10 IU vial of HGH would mean every 10 mark on a U100 slim syringe would equal 1 IU of this medication
2ml (cc) added to a 10 IU vial of HGH would mean that the 20 mark on a U100 syringe would equivalent 1 IU of this drug
3ml (cc) added to a 10 IU vial of HGH would mean that the 30 mark on a U100 syringe would be identical 1 IU of it
3.) Take this syringe with the solvent and push it into the vial of lyophilized powder, ensuring that the needle touches the side of the vial, also avoiding shooting the solvent directly on the lyophilized powder. Make it run slowly down the side of the vial (do not let the diluent powerfully rush in).
4.) after all of the solvent has been added to the HGH vial, gentling swirl (do NOT shake the vial) till the lyophilized powder has dissolved and you are left with a clear liquid. The HGH is now ready for use. Keep the already dissolved HGH in the refrigerator. If you used Bacteriostatic water to reconstitute this medicine, it will be good for 3 weeks. If you used sterile water, this preparation will be good for approximately 5 days.
