Exemestane Overdose
In case overdose is suspected, seek medical attention immediately.
Exemestane – MissedĀ dosage
If you missĀ a dose, use it immediately when you remember, if not it is within 2 hours of your next dose. In that case, skip the missed doseĀ and resume your typical dosing schedule. Don’t double the dose to catch up.
