  • Turinabol : 

Week 1 to 8 : Take 70mg of Turinabol  per day (After meals. For instance: 3 pills in the morning, 2 pills in the afternoon and 2 pills in the evening.)

Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)

  • Nolvadex :

Week 9 to 11 :For the recovery, Take 20mg of Nolvadex for 20 days.
