Dapoxetine, marketed as Priligy and Westoxetin among other names, is a medication used for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men 18–64 years old. Dapoxetine works by inhibiting the serotonin transporter, increasing serotonin’s action at the post synaptic cleft, and as a consequence promoting ejaculatory delay.

Dapoxetine 30mg 100tabs – MACTROPIN
Men aged 18 to 64 years should take one Priligy tablet one to three hours before sexual activity.
The recommended starting dose of Priligy is 30mg. If this is not effective enough you may increase your dose to 60mg, but this should only be done if you haven’t experienced any side effects with the lower dose.
You can take the tablet either with or without food. Swallow it whole (don’t chew or crush it to avoid getting a bitter taste) with a full glass of water to minimise the risk of feeling dizzy.
