T4 is a synthetic thyroid hormone (Type T-4). When taken with clenbuterol, it is the best single fat-burner combination available today (with the possible exception of DNP). It also helps make steroids more effective because it is such a powerful aid to protein synthesis. Most people should exercise caution and start with a low dose—about 50 mcg per day—and increase by about 50 mcg per day every 5–6 days. Make sure you do not exceed 100–200 mcg per day at most. On days when you take multiple tablets, space them out evenly throughout the day (i.e., 200 mcg would be 2 doses of 100 mcg each, spaced evenly throughout the day). You should also make sure to taper off the dosage during the cycle to allow the thyroid to function properly. Do not exceed 5 weeks. After completing a cycle of this medication, be sure to take at least an 8-week break before starting again to allow your thyroid to return to normal function.
