  • Winstrol :

Week 1 to 2 and 7 to 8: Take 2ml of Winstrol. Take example: 1ml on Mondays and 1ml on Wednesdays.
Week 3 to 6: Take 3ml of Winstrol. Take example: 1ml on Mondays, 1ml on Wednesdays and 1ml on Fridays.

  • Boldenone :

Week 1 to 3 and 6 to 8: Take 1ml of Boldenone. Example of taking: 1ml on Tuesday.
Week 4 to 5: Take 2ml of Boldenone. Example of taking: 1ml on Tuesdays and 1ml on Thursdays.
